Under the WearCoppola Returns & Refunds Policy, if you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order, you may request a refund to the original payment method, provided you have valid proof of purchase.

• Be returned in their original sale condition
• Be unworn, unused, and free from damage
• Include all original packaging

Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and body piercing products cannot be returned or exchanged, including those sold as fashion accessories.
